In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the yg7771 website accessible at https://yg7771.net, its mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "yg7771," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the yg7771 platform.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with your Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Games" means all casino games, card games, slot games, fishing games, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by you on any Game through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by yg7771 to eligible Users.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body for gaming activities in the Philippines.

To register and use the yg7771 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing wagers on yg7771.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each wager.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers.

yg7771 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the yg7771 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. yg7771 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must notify yg7771 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

yg7771 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

yg7771 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. yg7771 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your yg7771 Account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. yg7771 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, but actual transfer times are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.

yg7771 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Funds held in your yg7771 Wallet do not accrue interest. yg7771 is not a bank or financial institution, and your Wallet balance is not a deposit in the legal sense.

All Games available on the yg7771 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

All Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. yg7771 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Wagers placed are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. If a technical error or malfunction occurs during a game session, yg7771 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to your Wallet. yg7771's decision in such matters is final.

You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection is stable before placing any wager. yg7771 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections or technical failures on your end.

yg7771 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

yg7771 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Where yg7771 determines that a User has abused any Bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other form of manipulation — yg7771 reserves the right to void the Bonus, reclaim any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the User's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yg7771 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the yg7771 Platform — including but not limited to the yg7771 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of yg7771 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of yg7771.

Any unauthorized use of yg7771's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by yg7771.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yg7771 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by you.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside yg7771's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yg7771 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit yg7771's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

yg7771 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yg7771 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by applicable law or where yg7771 has a legitimate legal basis to do so.

yg7771 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and yg7771 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

You may close your yg7771 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (net of any applicable Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

yg7771 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• yg7771 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose yg7771 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• yg7771 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, yg7771 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance and void any pending withdrawals.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

yg7771 operates in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

yg7771 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yg7771 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform and updating the Effective Date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
